From the Family of Harrison E. (Ted) Jones My beloved father passed away on Easter, Sunday April 4th. He was not only my father, but my best friend and hero. My entire life I knew this day would come and I dreaded it. One of my biggest concerns was how my father would be treated. Jeff treated my father with the utmost respect and dignity from the time he took him, to the time he was buried. The staff took care of all details as requested. Fairmont services brought my family much comfort. My father taught me honor and respect and Jeff Pound is a man that has these qualities. Ed Jones |

Thank you a hundred times over. Mom looked beautiful and when I say how good she looked and her dog in her hands, sweet peace and complete closure filled my soul. I know it cannot be easy to make one look so good when they look so bad as they pass, but I feel you went above and beyond to make this happen for me.
I pray extra blessings on you and your team for doing all of this for me.

From The Family of David Imhoff I am writing this letter to acknowledge the fine service you provided during and leading up to my son's memorial service held on February 17, 2009. My son was fatally injured in a traffic accident adn it was a very difficult and tragic event for my family and me. Upon contacting the funeral home, we were unsure as to what we wanted, even whether the service would be local or out of town; the staff patiently listened to our quandary and provided several options and suggestions. The director allowed several close family members to be present while he patiently helped us make the arrangements; he also made it possible for close family members to have a private viewing, which brought us some comfort and closer to closure. The information and services the funeral home provided were outstanding; I feel you went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. While we were driving back to the Church after leaving the cemetery, my Dad and I were talking about how stressed out people say they are at this time. First of all, I want to thank each and every one of you for the part you had in the funeral of my Son, Aaron.
Delecia, there are not enough words to express how much I appreciate you. Aaron, being a Texas Longhorn fan, you so kindly decorated everything with the Longhorn theme. And you did this all on your own. For that, I am so grateful. You did an awesome job. And you were there for me in my time of need. Your compassion was just overflowing. I really felt at peace around you. You are an awesome person.
I would also like to thank all of you for the great job you did on making Aaron look as good as he did. You all made it look as though Aaron was just sleeping. He really looked like my handsome Son. For that, I am so very grateful.
May God Bless you all in the work that you do in people's lives in their times of need. You all are true Blessings.
